Refund policy

Part of our strategy to introduce Original Creator to new customers is to provide free returns within 14 days. We hope that when you buy from us you are happy with your purchase and won’t need to return it. Please look at the size guides to find your ideal fit and we promise to give you the most detailed images and videos for you to make a wise decision.

Should you wish to return a product purchased from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it hasn’t been used and is still in pristine condition. Returns should be made within 14 days in original, undamaged packaging.​

We are working on a way to automate our returns and to keep track of your feedback to ensure a better original experience when you shop again with us.

  1. Please email info@theoriginalcreator.com.au with your order number, contact details and reason for return along with any images you feel are necessary.

  5. Please ensure you get your returns sticker from the orders team that is trackable and requires a signature to ensure we receive your returns in the safest and most convenient way possible.

  6. We will take 14 days to process your return upon receipt of the parcel. We will communicate with you through email as per the options available to process your refund further.
